What Are Pre-Orders?

Arcstrong Graphics Collections (“AGC”) operates using a made-to-order production system. When you purchase a pre-order item, you are reserving a product that is not yet in stock, and is created specifically for you once your order is placed.

This allows us to offer limited drops, reduce waste, and maintain high-quality anime-inspired apparel without mass-production.

📦 Production & Delivery Timeline

All pre-order items follow our standard AGS production timeline:

  • Day 1–2: Order submitted to production

  • Day 3–5: Item is created, printed, and quality-checked

  • Day 6–7: Package dispatched from our manufacturing partner

  • Day 10–14: Estimated delivery window to your address

Please note: These timeframes are estimates and may vary slightly due to international logistics or seasonal volume.

🕒 When Will My Order Ship?

Pre-order items ship once they are produced, not at the time of purchase.
If your order contains both pre-order and in-stock items, the entire order may ship together unless otherwise specified.

💳 When Will I Be Charged?

Payment for pre-orders is collected at checkout.
This secures your piece and places your order into the next production cycle.

🛑 Pre-Order Cancellations

You may cancel your pre-order within 24 hours of purchase — or any time before your item enters production.

Once production begins, the order can no longer be cancelled, as the item is already being custom-made for you.

🔄 Refunds & Exchanges

Because pre-order items are made-to-order:

  • Refunds are allowed only before production begins

  • Refunds or replacements are provided for defective, damaged, or incorrect items

  • Sizing exchanges may be possible, but require a new production cycle and return shipping fees
