Eligibility for Refunds & Returns
- Items must be returned within 14 days of delivery.
- Products must be unworn, unwashed, and in original packaging.
- Tags must still be attached.
- Clearance and final sale items cannot be returned.
Refunds
- Once we receive and inspect your return, you’ll get a confirmation email.
- If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
- Shipping fees are non-refundable.
Exchanges
- Need a different size or color? We offer free exchanges (within North America) based on item availability.
- Just indicate you want an exchange when submitting your return request.
How to Start a Return
- Email us at support@arcstrong.store with your order number and reason for return.
- We’ll provide a return shipping label and instructions.
- Package your items securely and send them back.
International Orders
- International returns are accepted, but customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you received a faulty or wrong item, please email us immediately at support@arcstrong.store with a photo and your order number—we’ll make it right.
