We want you to love your gear. If for any reason you’re not completely satisfied, we’re here to help

Eligibility for Refunds & Returns

  • Items must be returned within 14 days of delivery.
  • Products must be unworn, unwashed, and in original packaging.
  • Tags must still be attached.
  • Clearance and final sale items cannot be returned.

Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect your return, you’ll get a confirmation email.
  • If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable.

Exchanges

  • Need a different size or color? We offer free exchanges (within North America) based on item availability.
  • Just indicate you want an exchange when submitting your return request.

How to Start a Return

  1. Email us at support@arcstrong.store with your order number and reason for return.
  2. We’ll provide a return shipping label and instructions.
  3. Package your items securely and send them back.

International Orders

  • International returns are accepted, but customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you received a faulty or wrong item, please email us immediately at support@arcstrong.store with a photo and your order number—we’ll make it right.
